How to Import Bookmarks from Internet Explorer Into Firefox

Firefox is an increasingly popular Internet browser that is gaining market share from Microsoft’s Internet Explorer. When you start using a new browser you may wish to import the bookmarks that you had saved on internet Explorer into Firefox rather than visiting all the sites again and bookmarking them all over again one at a time. This tutorial will show you you can import your bookmarks from Internet Explorer into Firefox.

Step 1:

Start Firefox, click on ‘File’. Then select ‘import’…

Step 2:

It will open the Import Wizard. Select ‘Microsoft Internet Explorer’ and press ‘Next’.

Step 3:

Select the items that you would like to import and press next.

Step 4:

Firefox will then import your bookmarks and other items. Press finish to close the wizard.
