Claire Westwood begun by being a full time nurse in Gloucestershire UK, but soon she realized that being a nurse was just the beginning of a wonderful journey. She loved her job, and was regularly sharing her experience by writing articles for the Royal College of Nursing website and numerous nursing journals.
Claire was always passionate about personal growth and she decided to learn as much as she could about how nurses could reach the maximum of their professional abilities.

Her first project, suggestively named ‘Happy Nurses’ was an instant success. Claire’s goal was to help nurses all around the UK to live healthier and fulfill their lives. It is a well-known fact that nurses are affected by stress at work, the pressuring responsibilities of dealing with people’s lives and the hectic work shifts. We could say that Clair Westwood became a nurse for all nurses going through the difficulties of finding that balance between work and personal lives.
